  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

How to Make It

Step 1: In a small saucepan, gently heat milk with honey and optional coconut oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally.

Step 2: Bring to the point just below a boil, when small bubbles form around the edge of the pan.
