Shipping policy
- All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the US.
- Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping is $6.99. Orders over $60 ship free. We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's portal.
- Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@humbleoriginssf.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot update the delivery address.
