Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen) or pineapple
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (e.g., almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Healing Lakadong Turmeric1/4 teaspoon Balancing Makhir Ginger
Honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
