Mango Ginger Turmeric Smoothie

    1 cup frozen mango chunks
    1/2 banana (fresh or frozen) or pineapple
    1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (e.g., almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk)
    1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)

    1/2 teaspoon Healing Lakadong Turmeric

    1/4 teaspoon Balancing Makhir Ginger

    Honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
