In a small saucepan, gently heat milk with honey and optional coconut oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
Bring to the point just below a boil, when small bubbles form around the edge of the pan.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the superfoods until well blended.
Let stand for a few minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer, if desired. This step is optional. The superfoods that don't dissolve will settle to the bottom of your mug.
