Ginger & Perilla Peanut Butter Energy Bites by Nams

  • 6 Energy balls made with Humble Origins Superfoods Makhir Ginger and Perilla Pearls placed in a white bowl on a wooden table.
  • Ingredients

    2 cups oats

    1 cup and 2 TBS Peanut or Almond Butter

    1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

    1/3 cup honey

    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    1/4 cup chocolate chips

    1 TBS Nutritious Perilla Pearls

    1 tsp Balancing Makhir Ginger

    1 tsp Aromatic 3 Hills Cinnamon

  • Directions

    Blend oats in a food processor for 10 seconds. If you choose to use quick oats, you may not need to blend them.

    Combine all ingredients and make them into bite size-balls.

    Refrigerator for 2.5 hours.

    Good for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
