    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar ( or sugar of your choice)
    1/4 teaspoon Balancing Makhir Ginger
    1/4 teaspoon Healing Lakadong Turmeric
    Pinch of salt
    3 tablespoons milk (dairy or plant-based)
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

  • Directions

    In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour, sugar, ginger, turmeric, and salt.
    Whisk in the milk, oil, and honey until a smooth batter forms.
    Microwave on high power for 45-60 seconds, or until the cake is set and cooked through. (Cooking time may vary slightly depending on your microwave wattage)
    Let the cake cool slightly in the mug before digging in! Yummy! Enjoy!

    I usually add a little extra ginger and turmeric for a stronger flavor. Feel free to adjust to your liking. I love adding some chopped nuts and whipped cream for a extra treat.
